Eugene J. Julian received his J.D. degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law in 1967. He received his B.S. degree in Economics with a minor in Philosophy from Wheeling College (now Wheeling University) in 1964. Mr. Julian served in the United States Army in 1968 and 1969, having served 13½ months in Korea.
After returning from Korea, he joined the law firm of Patrono, Ceisler and Edwards. In 1971, he became a sole practitioner, having received an appointment as a part-time Assistant Public Defender. Attorney Julian worked as a solicitor for the Washington-Greene Mental Health / Mental Retardation Program, and also served as an attorney for Children and Youth Services.
He created the Julian Law Firm, with areas of practice including personal injury, workers’ compensation, social security disability, family law, wills and estates, contract law, and other general practice areas. He has been admitted to the PA Supreme, Superior, and Commonwealth Courts as well as the U.S. Supreme Court, the U.S. District Court for the Western District of PA, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 3rd Circuit. He is a member of the WCBA, PBA, AAJ, PA Association for Justice, and WPTLA. He is a former elected council member for East Washington Borough.
